Spectera has 3 different methods.
1. Unique ID # they provide you
2. Last name and date of birth
3. Date of birth and last 4 digits of SS#
IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER KIND OF INSURANCE, THEN WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT AFTER THE EXAM IS PAID IN FULL THAT YOU CAN SUBMIT DIRECTLY TO YOUR INSURANCE.
